Physical examination  
Patients with chronic kidney failure have many physical signs including hypertension, anemia face, dark face, edema of face or lower extremities, mental disorder, systemic or local bleeding, rapid and shallow breathing or orthopnea, distension of jugular vein, enlargement of the liver and ascites.
Laboratory examinations　　
(1) Urine routine examination
(2) Blood routine examination
(3) Biochemistry examination: Examinations of blood urea nitrogen, creatinine and glomerular filtration rate.
(4) Imaging examination: Chest X-rays, B-ultrasound

Hangzhou resident Xu Aifei, 28, became an internet celebrity after donating stem cells and writing about her experience online, while also giving other donators peace of mind.
